Date : 7th July 2009 (til 10th)
Time : 12 noon

Please have your lunch. before coming.

Due to H1N1, the venue has been shifted to Sentosa as Pasir Ris PA Resort has been placed as a quarantine site. All activities have thus been shifted to Sentosa.

Here are the Final details for the JSS Freshman Orientation 2009
Date: 7th to 10th July 2009 (4 days 3 nights)
Venue: People's Asociation Holiday Resort @ Pasir Ris ,Map:
Cost: 35 Dollars (include some meals as well as lodging)
Reporting Details: To report at NUS central forum at 12pm, Map:
Other details: Besides extra clothes and sleeping bags(in case). U would need to have sufficient amount of value in your EZ link card for travelling purposes (recommended about 15 dollars) as well as extra cash for some meals that are not included or those that you choose to buy extra.

いらっしゃいませ の 2009年! NUS JSS FRESHMAN ORIENTATION 09

As the Japanese say "irasshaimase"meaning "welcome(in shops). We at JSS would like to welcome you the freshies as our valued clients to our Freshman orientation. Welcome to our world filled with nothing but Japanese as you will feel the J-shoxx fever for the entire stay in NUS. To all those thinking whether this is the right FOC to join..consider this. As we follow the Japanese philosophy to be modest at all times...we are not going to promise u that our orientation would be the wildest..most exciting and jam packed with babes and hunks (although there are a few). What we can promise u is that u will get the full irasshaimase treatment and the best Japanese experience of your lives outside Japan of course. We do what the Japanese do best that is to relax..make new friends laugh and sing teh day away!If you have been watching countless Japanese shows..u will notice that it is filled with many surprises..be prepared for surprises for this orientation as u will never know when u wil be part of that show and have(hint).Come, sign up with us and bring ur tomodachi(friend) along as well . We look forward to seeing u!
